Young Global Leaders Class of 2025
Our Founder and CEO selected for Young Global Leaders Class of 2025
From Anxiety to Gratitude
I didn’t know what to expect from the Young Global Leader’s summit, apart from feeding into my own imposter syndrome, if I was good enough to be there. It was overwhelming to think about being in the same space as Top Leaders, Amazing Artists, Athletes, Prime Minister and Ministers, Social Entrepreneurs, Activist sharing their powerful story and the cause that they are advocating for. A space where you don’t know if you belong or if you will be able to connect meaningfully with others.
I am truly grateful for YGL Class of 2025! Who were not afraid to be vulnerable and share their emotions and their powerful stories. From the coffee breaks to bus rides to dinner tables, I have learned a lot from interacting with my cohort. It became clear that we all had that bit of imposter syndrome within us and became each other supporters and cheerleaders.
Thankful for the opportunity to take part in the live studio panel discussion on Leadership and Empathy and to be able to learn from Eva and Shoukei was rewarding! Also to be able to interact with others YGLs during the leadership circle and learn from their journey and meet those who are driving impact in mental health.
The best part was running around trying to gather all the Shapers who are now YGLs for a photo session. Not an easy task!
Energized and looking forward to creating impact with my fellow class of 2025!
