Better Mind Better Bangkok 2025

On 5th October Sati hosted our 4th Better Mind Better Bangkok event!

Our theme for this year is HOPE:

H: Healing
O: Optimism
P: Possibilities
E: Empowerment

I am truly grateful for everyone who supported us and our vision to make this event a success. We wanted to create a space that allows for genuine learning and sharing. For us to dare to share our stories and dream for all the possibilities to better our mental health, individually and at the policy level. Thank you for all our amazing speakers who were not afraid to share their stories and who are out there driving for a future with better mental health systems.

Also thank you to my team and Dr Nattasuda Taephant, Dr Theerapat Ungsuchaval, Dr Jennifer Chavanovanich and Dr Varoth Chotpitayasunondh for entertaining my idea of hosting Youth For Change (YFC). A space to showcase youth who are passionate about moving the needle when it comes to future with better mental health systems. Through YFC, we showcased 12 amazing projects at the BMBB event this year with 3 presented their project on our stage with the hope that their idea will gain momentum to create real impact 🥹

Better Mind Better Bangkok is a platform we have used to inspire new ideas, projects, and policies over the years.

Thank you to Thailand Institute for Mental Health Sustainability, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Maybelline Brave Together, Khonthaifoundation, Thaipbs Thaipbs, Samyan Mitrtown, TikTok, LINE Today, Tellscore, Mutual and many others for their support to making this possible.

Thank you to ThaiPost for being part of the activity and C asean for giving us the space to host our Bench with Ears project that provided 15 sessions of free peer to peer support on the day.

Most importantly thank you to my team and our amazing volunteers who were there supporting the event tirelessly and making it went by as smooth as possible
